Transition Of The Income Distribution And Social Justice

Social justice is sensible description to idea society of minimum limit, which is also the social ideal pursuit by lots of ideologists for past dynasties. While the distribution justice is the basic form of social justice among a good many of factors of social justice. This thesis analyze the injustice phenomenon existing in current income distribution of Zhejiang province in transitional period by understanding social justice thoughts, especially distribution justice thoughts. It also finds out some "secrets" in injustice of income distribution during social transitional period, accordingly promotes the government responsibility and solution on income distribution process.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part points out the meaning of the theoretical meaning, practical meaning, research methods, and literature review. The second part is about the thoughts of social justice, especially the development rout of the thoughts of distribution justice focus on the thoughts of distribution justice by Plato and Aristotle in ancient Greece, and justice thoughts and distribution thoughts on socialism by Rolls and Nozick. From the historic lesson of China's implement form to the policy of Distribution According to Work, the third part has discussed the meanings of distribution justice in transitional period including the justice on distribution jumping-off point, legality of distribution methods, and compensation justice after distribution. The fourth part is the center of this thesis. It has pointed out some injustice phenomenon in income distribution process including the lack of justice on jumping-off point, "black economy", power rent-seeking, and the obviousness of social security problem. The fifth part is about suggestion and solution regarding government responsibility based on above analysis combined with several injustice phenomenon during distribution process in Zhejiang province.
