| This article tries to draw conclusions about the ideas which are guiding the establishment of our country's individual bankruptcy system and its main structure by combining the general theory of individual bankruptcy with the basic condition of our country at first. On that foundation the article continues to analyze the important influences of the auxiliary system to the establishment of the individual bankruptcy system, and observe whether the contemporary auxiliary system is perfect, whether is suitable for the individual bankruptcy system or not. The article holds the conclusion that the current auxiliary system does not fully support the establishment of the individual bankruptcy system and at the same time gives specified advices to perfect the auxiliary system as soon as possible.The introduction is mainly to express the necessity of establishing the individual bankruptcy system and to generalize the current research situation and the train of thought of this article. The first part summaries the history of the individual bankruptcy system, points out the difference in legislation between our country and western country , clarifies the idea of establishing the individual bankruptcy system in our country and constructs the system from the exempt property system, discharge system, rights limited and rights resumed system. The second part respectively introduces the current satiation and function of the auxiliary system such as individual asset registration and income report system, individual credit collecting system, social security system and other system in order to explain that we can establish the individual bankruptcy system only by making the auxiliary system more perfect.
