After 9.11 attack of terrorism, CIA was authorized to carry out "extraordinary rendition" by President Bush. "extraordinary rendition" means that CIA arbitrarily arrested people involved of committing crimes of terrorism in some other country's territory, then secretly transferred these people into another country which could be easily to torture them. These country mainly included Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, etc. President Bush also authorized the military to establish military commission to judge these foreign people who were involved of committing crimes of terrorism. All of these processes caused human rights issues. Beside this, President Bush used a political excuse "war on terror" to make these people involve war crimes. This article begins with analysis to the human rights issue of the USA, which pretends to be a human rights fighter by human diplomacy, points out that the USA the USA's fight against terrorism which was supposed to protect human rights makes American citizen's safety and freedom be in a kind of new danger, so that "war on terror", the main way of the USA's fight against terrorism, should be doubted. "War on terror" which is composed of "extraordinary rendition" and trail of military commission is definitely unjust action violating international law and human rights. This article uses a way of flow analysis to descant the violations of human rights caused by "extraordinary rendition" and trail of military commission. At last, unjust way of fight against terrorism is criticized, and decisive effect to righteousness of antiterrorism by protecting human rights is revealed.
