Some countries have long treated the principle of protecting the trusted as one of the fundamental principles of administrative law. China implement the " Administrative Permission Law of People's Republic of China" in the July 1, 2004, established the principle of protecting the trusted in the field of administrative law for the first time.Now days the deletion of governmental credit appears once in a while, it is not enough merely to research the significance and the reasons of the governmental credit. more importantly from the perspective of ordinary people explore ways to effectively protect the benefit due to lack of governmental credit. In this paper, Dongtou County, Zhejiang Province in the beach reclamation case as a case study, on the one hand, from a legal point revealing the close relationship between governmental credit and the principle of protecting the trusted of the relative. on the other hand through the analysis of this case: When the government credibility loss, the principle of protecting the trusted which the people rely on can not really assume the responsibility of protection. which means that the legislation ,in the face of governmental credit loss, although compared with the past, have great breakthroughs , but still not effectively take on the protective role of people's trusted profits. Finally, based on above analysis,proposed the direction and way of the future government legislation and practiceimprove.
