With international practice development,our understanding of state jurisdiction shouldn't be limited to parochial nationalism.The process of globalization is driven by the joint efforts of nations,whose close cooperation will bring about benefits that can't be realized by a single country.A state's devolution of power to the institutional organizations is not only the restriction on sovereignty,but the extension,changes and expansion of jurisdiction.This thesis consists of preface,text and conclusion,while(?)he text is made up of three chapters.The preface discusses the reasons why this topic is chosen and its significance.The text starts with the concept and connotation of state jurisdiction,analyzes the limits of jurisdiction,and indicates the changes of the subjects that exercise the jurisdiction,reveal ing that the international organizations could be the jurisdiction subjects besides nations.It also discusses the historical background of subjects' changes,probes into the influence of the economic globalization on state jurisdlction,argues that the icfluence does exist via the study of relevant international conventions,and then points out that the influe(?) is inevitable.Moreover,the the(?)ds that the new meaning of jurisdiction in the economic globalization background is mainly embodied by the flexibility of the state jurisdiction exercising and the ultimate standard can only be the interests of nations, which is particularly important to the developing countries. |
