Development Research Of China's E-government And Responsible Government Interaction

In recent decades years e-government administration emerges as a new mode of operation of the government. The rapid development of e-government has an important influence on the responsibility of the Government, public participation, public administration, service concept, and the benefit assessment .Meanwhile, the essence and the functions of the responsible government have put forward a higher demand to e-government of the construction and development . At this stage, we should strive to overcome the shortcomings of e-government to speed up the construction of a responsible government.In this paper, the author divide into three parts on e-government and the responsible Government, through the analysis of the relationship between them. And pointed out that the development of e-government can promote the construction of a responsible government, responsible government building can promote the development of e-government.The first part, outlined the Government's responsibility.
