Monroe Doctrine Study

Monroe Doctrine is a very important and famous foreign policy in the history of the U.S diplomatics,which is named and isssued by the fourth president James.Monroe in 1823.It has a deep impact on the American foreign policy since published.It includes non-interference and non-colony and so on ,aiming at opposing the interference of the Holly Ally to the spanish-American revolution.so ,to some extent ,it has a little positive influence for the spanish-American revolution.but,in fact it pursued the interests of the U.S.People have different view on the Monroe Doctrine.some experts and politicans believe it has saved the spanish-American revolution,but many people also criticize it fiercely .The Thesis will adhere to the Maxism,and use positivism,to analyse the background,resons and the evolution of the Monroe Doctrince.My own viewpoint will be advanced in the thesis.The thesis will also involve the disaster that the Monroe Doctrine has brought to the spanish-Americans.
