The development of science brings us into the age of Internet. As a new kind of consumption, the Internet consumption is becoming a main part and the most important manifestation of Internet economy. Though Internet brings people convenience and benefit, a lot of disputes also come in. As the jurisdiction is a previous question of resolving consuming dispute on Internet environment, the Internet has shaken the current jurisdiction standards. Resolving the conflict of jurisdiction is the significant condition which guarantees the Internet economy's quickly and healthy development, this is more important to China, because the development of its Internet economy and relevant legislation are all disadvantaged.Internet consumption trade is divided into Internet consumer contract and Internet delict. The First part introduced the network's distinguishing feature, analyzed the challenges that Internet played on traditional international jurisdiction and the new theory of jurisdiction in different nations. The middle two parts did a research on international organization's and developed country's (such as the United States and EU) legislation and practice, which on the disputes of Internet consumer contract and Internet delict. The last part was about our country's relevant legislation. In the comparative method of study and on the ground of case analysis, some suggestions are made for the legislation of our country on the jurisdiction in Internet consumption disputes. According the situation of China, Our country should value the protection on the consumer's rights. Based on traditional jurisdiction, we should consider the characteristic of network, borrow the flexible standard and principle of Forum Non Convenient etc, then to solve conflict of jurisdiction effectively and perfect our legislation.
