Ngo Legal Function Of The Chinese Transition And Its Implementation

In the context of the global NGO development and the period of transition in China, this thesis analyses the promoting function to the process of rule of law in the view of legal function. On this basis, the author analyses the realizing countermeasures further. Since the period of transition in China and the immature development of the NGO, there are still many problems existing in the Chinese NGO, compared with the western countries. So, that re-positioning the relationship between the government and the NGO and strengthening the building of NGO is important to the realization of the legal function of NGO. Through theoretical and system construction, this thesis discusses the legal function of NGO and the realizing countermeasures. The author hopes the thesis can be used to give a different view for the establishment of the rule of law.
