Legal Regulation Of Corporate Social Responsibility And Its Implementation Mechanisms

These years, the voice about requiring the corporations to perform the Social Responsibilities has been arsing more and more louder than before. After a series of international conferences and constitution of internatinal standards, the regulations about requiring the corporates to perform CSR had been stipulated in the newest edition of China Corporation Law. Then, what's the exact meaning and nature of the Corporate Social Responsibilities? How to understand? Why is it important to perform the Social Responsibilities and how to perform it?After long time reading, researching and thinking, the author intend to expatiate and introduce the definition, nature and implemention mechanism of Corporate Social Responsibilities. In the former part, the author has introduced some interrelated contents about CSR, choosed a suitable definition and analysed the nature of it. Then, the author has come to the conclusion that, the prime method of realizing CSR is the legalization and it's also the only way to combine the realm of morality and law. In the last part, the author has paid all the intention on the thought about how to realize the legalization of CSR. The author believes that, the exterior regulation is important, like the lawmaking, but the most critical is to establish and perfect the interior administration mechanism of corporates, through which, the corporation would perform the CSR by its own.
