| Achieving a social harmony and building a better society, it is a social ideal which mankind has been worked assiduously all the time. In this article, we launched a study of bounds and rules for villagers in a specific rural area under a harmonious society. We learned the current status to find the deficiencies of their bounds and rules for villagers through a meticulous research. We analyzed the reasons why they were caused and searched for solutions for them. Thus we introduced an initial thought of how to promote the development of production, to improve our living standard, to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of village, to promote democracy at the local level and to guide the drafting of civilized bounds and rules for villagers under a socialist harmonious society. The research to these bounds and rules for villagers is exercised from many-faceted and the multidisciplinary perspectives. The many-faceted contained cultural perspective, state - Social Perspectives, dual structure perspectives and the perspectives of comprehensive development of human. The multidisciplinary perspectives included the Marxist theory and the ideological and political Pedagogy in our fields, and other academics such as sociology, political science, management, law, economics and anthropology.The article is composed of six sectors, except the preface and the summary, the body is constituted by four parts. The first part is the definition of bounds and rules for villagers and the analysis of the related theories, including features and functions of bounds and rules for villagers; the second part is to clarify the historical development of bounds and rules for villagers and to summarize the search of them; the third part is an introduction of basic conditions on the targets of S Village, Gushi County, Henan Province. In addition, it also talked about the current status of the construction of bounds and rules for villagers, and then, analyzed the causing reasons; the fourth part discussed the measures to the construction of bounds and rules for villagers and raised an initial thought under a harmonious society, according to the conditions of S Village. We seek for innovating in the following three aspects in this article: first, it is based on the fact that there is no professional and systematic study of bounds and rules for villagers under a harmonious society. Standing on a tiny entry-point of the construction, we explored the objectives, principles, content and making process bravely for bounds and rules for villagers under a harmonious society, based on the relevant theories through an in-depth field survey. Second, we paid attention to the combination of micro and macro, the concrete evidence and the value of analysis paradigm in the study of logic. Further more, we changed the dynamic mainstream which emphasized on clearing of the history and the micro-level problems and countermeasures during the past. We built a complete system to guide practice and broaden the vision of bounds and rules for villagers. Third, it studied systematically on the issue of bounds and rules for villagers and enriched the carrier of ideological and political Pedagogy. It provided another kind of ideas for establishment of China's "order of rule by law" and "order of rule by virtue" in China's rural society. It also gave a new guidance and inspiration to format the combinative strategy of Chinese characteristics of "rule by law" and "rule by virtue". |
