Study Of Local Laws And Legislative Issues

The local laws are norm documents that are established, modified and abolished by national right organization according to the legal power within the scope of the premise not to disobey the constitution, laws, and the administration laws, and implemented in particular place.The local law is an important part of our country socialism law system. While lawmaking practice of 30 years obtains the huge achievement, there many problems such as how to enable the staff of the people's representative conference to work more efficiently, the section benefits, the trend of extend of the laws, and the short of the lawmaking procedure, etc. The problem of making local laws gets drawing more and more public attention to them.By analyzing the reasons of these problems and combining the author's practice to the local lawmaking, the text puts forward some suggestions in rigid planning of making local laws ,strengthening the norm of lawmaking procedure, improving the personnel structure of the people's representative committee meeting.
