This thesis is on the study of charge pledge in bank credit. Some infrastructure, such as road building, need a lot of fund by the way of loan from bank ,which is often Guaranted by means of charge pledge. but as a result of the bug of legislation, the development of charge pledge is also in primary phase, the risk of law is obvious, which make the speed of infrastructure building slow. Whereas the charge pledge is very important in infrastructure building and the legislation advances slow ,this paper on the study of charge pledge is provided with theoretics significance and practice significance.This thesis will compare the similarities and differences of right of charge with another right, compare system of common law with continental legal system and legislation of charge pledge in Taiwan. we must base ourself upon the situation of a country and use foreign advanced experience for reference ,at last ,we will try our best to put our good legal suggestion forward.the thesis can be divided into three parts.Part one ,the first chapter, is the summarization of the charge pledge, which in order to introduce some necessary knowledge.Part two,is composed of the second,third and fourth chapters, which mainly compare the similarities and differences of right of charge with another right, compare system of common law with continental legal system and legislation of charge pledge in Taiwan, at the same time, part two will analyse the risk of charge pledge ,then, find where need to mend.Part three ,the fifth chapter, indicate the current problem and barriers in charge pledge. And in order to standardize the charge pledge, this part will propose some suggestions of legislation and regulation...
