Study Of Administrative Accountability System Is Running

Since the event of"SARS"in 2003, the administrative accountability system of modern meaning operates regularly in China,administration and local government regard its construction highly. At the same time, the theories field has researched this system widely. At present, the theories'researches about the administrative accountability system mainly focus on its notion and improvement etc, but it is rare to see the research from system operation view. This article is mainly analyzing the problem how the administrative accountability system operates effectively on current system condition.This article concludes four parts: The first part is the research background. In this part, the author will introduce the reason of this research, domestic and foreign correlative researches, the purpose of this research and the meaning of this research. The second part is probable discussion about"administrative accountability system"and"system operation". In this part, the author will analyze the notion and meaning of administrative accountability system as well as the notion and condition of system operation. The third part is the present situation about the operation of Chinese administrative accountability system. In this part, the author will introduce the formation and development of the administrative accountability system as well as its design and operation mode at first, and then find problems the current operation mode has and analyze the reasons of these problems. The fourth part is exploration of effective operation approaches of Chinese administrative accountability system. In this part, the author will try to find a way to make the system of chasing administrative responsibility operate effectively on the basis of above analysis.
