Chinese County-level Image Of The Government Communication System Analysis

With the development of our society, there are more and more inter-communications between government and the public, which is becoming more and more important. In this condition, it is vital and urgent to found a good government image and keep a positive and stable relationship between government and the public. Only in this way, could the government behave more efficiently and be supported by the public, which will promote the progress of our society.By showing its particular function, the research of the government image communication that is based on the theory of both administration and communication, plays a very important role in the founding of government image, especially the founding of local government image and the sound development of the local society. what's more, the research on our county government image communication can not only provide useful experience on the founding of the image of governments in other levels, but also offer concrete and operational steps for the whole country's image and the social development.This article mainly uses the method of systematology. So the research is done by regarding the county government image communication as a system. Based on this premise, this article is divided to four parts.In the first part of the article, we mainly analyze the basic theory for the flowing parts. In the second part, which is the most important part, we investigate the reality of county government image communication and try to find the problems and deficiencies in order for the solutions in the next part. In the third part, the system of county government image communication is founded based mainly on the theory of communication. Besides we try to show how the system runs by introducing every parts that make up of the system. In the final part, according to the reality from the last part, we introduce the concrete solutions to improve the system of county government image communication in the field of the behavior of the government, the media, the public and so on.
