On The Constitution Of The Right To Life Protected

The right to life is the most important human rights and basic human rights,for every person it is irreplaceable in terms of value. The constitutional protection of the right to life has become a global trend, however, the protection of the right to life in China has not yet risen to a high degree of constitutional protection, In real life, denying, ignoring or even trampling on the right to life case exists in abundance, so we have to appeal to the whole society to pay more attention to the right to life, to protect it on the high level of the constitution so that the value of it will be fully embodied.This paper is divided into four main majority. The first part is the basic theory of the right to life. First make the right to life clear. Basing on the existence of natural life ,it protects the safety of life and the interests of life. In other words,the life of each person is equally protected under the law, not being deprived by any organization or individual.Easily confused with the right to life for the Analysis.Secondly, discusses the characteristics of the right to life.Third, analyse the nature of the right to life.Finally clear the content of the right to life.The second part is about theoretical foundation and practical significance of the constitutional protection of the right to life.The theory is based on characteristics of the right to life and special function of constitution. And the practical significance is composed of four contents: enhancing awareness of the right to life, perfecting legal system,constructing the Constitution culture,fulfilling its international obligations .The third part introduces the reality of the constitutional protection of the right to life at home and abroad.After carefully analysing the practice of foreign countries, I found some useful inspiration for China .The fourth part of this article is the speculation on the constitutional protection of the right to life in China. First of all, to amend the constitution so that the right to life can be protected by constitution as soon as possible.then talk about the obligation to protect the right to life of state organs,finally focus on the constitutional relief of the right to life.
