When disasters, accidents, poverty, disease and others adversity befall the members of the community, people can only help each other through difficulties and advance the society continually onword, so it can be said that is one of the driving forces of the survival of human. But now a lot of dissension take place in the social donation which is for the specifical object, such as the " Chen Yi to save the mother in Tianya Community"," The contributions for Xiaojuan in Shenzhen ". one side such cases display of consecration, love, and others sparks in humanity, on the one hand, donor's love being ignored, the donees being into various doubt and criticism, sponsors unable to obtain legal status, many problems and hidden dangers make the social donation which is for the specifical object going downturn, and affecte the development of social donation.
