Robbery crime is a familiar crime with a serious quality. Theory and justice practice always disputing it for a long time. Many doubtful issues in theory and justice practice occur not only because of its high crime rate and serious harm to people and propertu, but also of complication of its activity, such as violence ,the range of property. These dispute issues on act of means of and object of robbery crime extremely affect the correctly measurement and convicting of robbery crime. Therefore, the article analyzing and researching the act of means of and object of robbery crime in order to further rightly defining the robbery crime. This dissertation's construction and main content are as follow:Chpater one is a general conspectus, consisting of two sections. The author discussed the range of object of robbery crime and defined the property. And in the mean while, deeply discusses whether some special property could become the object of robbery crime.Chapter three is act of means of robbery crime, consisting of three sections. The author defines the means act of violence, coerce and other method of the means and emphasize on the violence subject, violence level, and so on.
