| Counter-monopoly law is a relatively complex ramification of the market gauge law, counter-monopoly regulation on incorporation mergence is one of the emphases in counter-monopoly law, so it's particularly important to study the options of law mode and regulation mode of countering monopoly in incorporation mergence.
