This context mainly discusses about the power control system throughthe system comparison between the Britain and France, which representthe custom law system and mainland law system. The law system ofBritain and France has great influence on countries in other parts ofworld and it becomes a mode law system for those countries. Althoughboth Britain and France have a close geographical relation, the twocountries have obviously different law system. This is because they havedifferent historical and national backgrounds. The power control in theiradministrative law also has to accord to their different background, likelaw tradition, race tradition, social condition and political system.These factors also lead to their different development in power control.There only have suitable mode, not best mode. By comparison, we canconclude the different traits of power control between Britishadministrative law and French administrative law. Full text is dividedinto five chapters:Chapter 1: Theory foundation of power control research. This chaptersets forth the basic concept of power control mode. It has three sections.Section one elaborates the analysis of power control concept and thenecessity of the research in power control. Section two carries onthorough analysis to the meaning and the contents of the power controlmode. The last section presents the research of power control in ourcountry.Chapter 2: The historical development of British and French powercontrol in their administrative law. This chapter is a brief introduction ofpower control system of Britain and France, which stands on a historicalpoint view. This chapter is divided into two sections. Section one isabout the development of British power control system. Section two isabout the development of French power control system. Chapter 3: The analysis of power control of Britain and France. Thischapter is the introduction of power control of Britain and France intheir administrative law. It has two sections. Section one is about Britishpower control. It's from regulation, principal part and the procedure(investigation procedure and relieving procedure) to discuss. Sectiontwo is about French power control. It's also from regulation, principalpart and the procedure (investigation procedure and relieving procedure)to discuss.Chapter 4: The Comparison of power control mode between Britain andFrance. Section one is about the similarities of the two countries' powercontrol mode. The similarities include law theories, political foundation,and power balance and so on. The section two is about the difference ofthe two countries' power control. The difference include valuestandard (France—strict rule mode vs. Britain—the justice proceduremode), the function of administrative reliving and judicial reliving andso on.Chapter 5: What experience we can learn from the power control ofBritish mode and French mode. Section one is about the crisis of strictrule mode—the obscure of law standard. Section two introduces theprocedure defence—the integrity of justice procedure mode.
