On Economic Law In The Perspective Of Public Interest Litigation

Economic low is the law to protect the social public right from being infringed. However, the implement of the previous economic low is mainly through ascertaining the civil, administrative and criminal responsibility of low-breaker, which is lack of convenient and effective implement mechanism. This paper is devoted to study the social attributes of the economic low which determines its intrinsic association with commonweal lawsuit. In the view of economic law, commonweal lawsuit has its special significance. In order to protect the social public right from being infringed, the previous implement form of economic law must be changed to form new mechanism of commonweal lawsuit. In this paper, other issues, such as the reason, significance, and model of constructing the commonweal lawsuit are also discussed.
