Study Of The Judicial Problems Of Contract Fraud

The crime of contractual fraud is a new and frequently-occurring crime disrupting the order of the socialism market-oriented economy. With the rapid development of the market–oriented economy, the contractual fraud crime is becoming harmful increasingly. This thesis endeavors to study major issue regarding the crime.The thesis consists of five parts as follows: the first part is the survey of the crime. In the second part, the author confirms"the goal of unlawful possession".In the third part, the author distinguishes the boundaries between innocence and the crime of contractual fraud. In the fourth part, the author studies the boundaries between the similar crime and the crime of contractual fraud. In the last part, the author studies some other litigation problems of the crime of contractual fraud.
