Economic Rational Perspective Of Migrant Workers Social Security System To Explore

This paper has probed the relation and restriction factors of the farm-worker'ssocial insurance system on the eyes of economic-person ration. Under this foundation, the author put forward her policy suggestions. This paper is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter is an introduction which include background,basic concept of the writing, the value and research methods . The 2nd part is about the situation of farm-workers and their social insurance. The author put emphasis on the reasons of farm-worker lack of social insurance and the importance of establish farm-worker's social insurance system. The 3rd chapter has analyzed the theoretical plan and practical course of farm-work's social security system. The 4th chapter has analyzed the economic-person ration of local government; enterprise and farm-worker. The 5th part is the most critical part for the whole thesis .The author has put forward her policy suggestions for work-injury security; health security; life security of farm-worker' social insurance system from the angle of economic-person ration.
