Equity Research, To Build A Harmonious Socialist Society

Social equity is a basic value and the behavior criterion of the human society, It is also one of the important characteristic structuring harmonious society of socialism. Social equity is both an important dimension and premise condition judging social progress and the essence of socialism request. During the process of structuring harmonious society of socialism, how to analyze the social equity and explain this question and adapt it with the harmonious society of socialism, propose some suitable actions to realize the social equity. This article makes the generalized analysis about it.Part I: This part makes an analysis to the existence rationale of the social equity. Firstly, it analyses the rationale and the connotation of social equity, points out that social equity is specific and historical category, it's a widespread, standard and an objective theory, As a value idea, the social equity evaluates the relations between the social reality distribution and the people own benefits. Secondly, this chapter analyses the development of the western social equity and Chinese ethics, and the equity of Marx and Engel's. As a research object, Social equity becomes a basic social behavior criterion.Part II: It is an specific analysis to the current social question of our country, it make an definition to the socialism harmonious society and the social equity which adapts with the socialism harmonious society, then points out that social equity is an important condition and the basic value of constructing the socialism harmonious society, analyses the reason and the unfair phenomenon in our society. This unfair phenomenon, is not only showing in the economic field, but also showing in politics, culture, education, judiciary and other field. It can be shown by the citizen fundamental right is not equity with the responsibility, the chance unfairness, distribution, education etc. but this unfair phenomenon is caused by our history and the reality of our society.Part III: According to the request of structuring harmonious society of socialism, bring forward the approaches of structuring the harmonious social equity of socialism. Firstly, we should set up correctly idea which adapts with the socialist harmonious society, change the traditional ideas that harmonious society of socialism is the equalitarianism. Secondly, we should consummate the system construction of the socialism society, which is to perfect income distribution mechanism, standard income order of income distribution; perfect judicial system, reinforce harmonious society ensures, structure responsible government, perfect society policy etc. to realize social equity. Finally, suggesting that we should reinforce the moral reconstruction to fit in with harmonious society of socialism. The social equity system can not necessarily make behavior become equity, in order to make equity put into effect in the whole society, we must make values code of conduct of every members of the society, set up socialism honor or disgrace impartially within this value idea, improve entire social moral standards, and this is basic way to realize the social equity.
