"Hope on the Taiwanese people" is an important guiding principle that our country solves the Taiwan issue, achieves the reunification. Under present the developing cross-Straits relations, fully realize importance of "hope on Taiwanese people" policy, the urgency of the policy seems particularly outstanding that implemented "hope on the Taiwanese people ".In view of this, I analyze the basic basis, historical evolution and implement feature about the policy in this paper, in order to hold in an all-round way and use this policy correctly.This paper divides three parts.
