Foreign Banks Access To Markets In China Legal Issues Research

The role and influence of foreign banks have been gradually promoted. Meanwhile there are more and more market access rules for foreign banks in many countries. On the basis of some countries'banking acts and regulations of authorities, whose legal documents, the dissertation deals with the important issues of market access rules for foreign banks. The study shall be completed through the methods of economy, jurisprudence and comparative study.The discussion is divided into four chapters. Based on the introduction of the meaning of the market access in banking sector, the necessity and objects of regulating market access, chapter introduces a detailed description of WTO legal system of market access. Chapter two focuses on special rules for market access in many other countries, especially in America. Chapter three reviews legislation history and characteristics of market access of foreign banks in China. Chapter four analyzes the main legislative problems of market access of foreign banks in China, and provides some suggestions for these problems.
