Study Of Contemporary Chinese Farmers' Interest Demands Mechanism

Under the precondition of grasping the basic features of farmer's appeal for interest, using the society justice theory, social harmonious theory and relevant theory ,technology and method, and combined with the practical experiences of other countries, this thesis analyzed and studied the problem of interest appeal of Chinese farmers.The studies show that the appeal condition of present Chinese farmer has greatly improved, but there is still some barriers for the smooth appeal. first, the system is not feasible, and this consult in the normal and reasonable appeal cann't be sent to the government. second , the non-institutional and illegal appeal events more and more increased. third , the farmers still lack the same treatment as the citizens. Finallly, the interests of farmers are impaired, the unenlightened and poor conditions of rural area have not been fundamentally changed. The above analyses point out that the problem of farmers'appeals for interest is very important for our harmonious society construction, and must be solved with the rapid progress of modernization and democratization of our country.The paper analysed the cause of formation for farmers'interest appeal, propose that:1) the non-reasonable system setting is the fundamental reason for farmers'interest appeal, including unjusted binary social system and the bureaucracy system etc. 2) The interest appeal mechanism has some barrier and this is the main reason for farmers to express their interests. 3) The lack of democracy supervision is an affecting factor for farmers'interest appeal. 4) the factors of farmers themselves affected the result of interest appeal.Using for reference for the successful experience of foreign countries, This paper gives suggestions for improving the system for farmers'interest appeal. 1) Strengthening the system construction and provide a guarantee for farmers'interest appeal. 2) improving the relevant mechanism for farms'interest appeal. 3) strengthening the construction of party's ethos, improve the diathesis of country cadres. 4) exerting the role of communist party of China .5) establishing the law for protecting farmers'interestand provide legal protection for farms'interest. 6) improving farms'diathesis to increase their expression for their interest. 7) improving the law aid mechanism in rural areas.The problem of farmers'interest appeal has not only historical , systematical and policy reason, but also the affecting of consciousness fission. To solve this problem has a long way to go and need the long-term effort of the party and the people.
