| People's understanding and recognizing the legal questions roughly include two main aspect: Firstly, out of their desire ,people estimate the relations, the value and the significance between the exist of the law and themselves, this is the understanding of value;secondly, people conduct the reflection and the description in reality, this is the understanding of reality.The understanding of value means people must analyze the situation if the principles, the rules and the regulations can reflect and satisfy the people'desire, or if there are the more ideal principles, rules and regulations, thus it involves the matter of ideal seeking. However, the understanding of reality is the analyze and the judgments to the principles, the rules and the regulations, it mainly solve the question what is law.
