Environmental tort socialization can be considered as social tort through well-designed compensation system to share the loss with the members of the society to make the loss afforded not only by the single damager, but the populace.Evidently, the problem of environmental pollution has been put onto agenda with the roaring market economy in out nation, with masses of substantial environmental torts. But the existing condition is that the victims can hardly be compensated due to the imperfect relieving system. Therefore, the dissertation probes into this system to provide sufficient and in-time help socially to the victims suffering from the environmental tort in our nation.The dissertation is consisting in five parts, namely the index, abstract, main part, conclusion and the reference. For the first part, the dissertation states the necessity of undertaking the social relief by showing the current conditions and the definition of the environment tort compensation by analyzing the three cause inducing the environmental torts: the deteriorating environment, the transferring of the pressure of companies and the government, and the decreasing of the cost of environment frictions to protect the rights of the public.
