From the 1980s, more and more scholars care about the development of the NGOs (non-governmental organizations). According to the recently reports, the number of trade associations accounts 22.4% of NGOs. This data shows that trade associations will play a more and more important role in economic entity. With the further developments of trade associations, this trend attracts more and more specialists devoting to the relation between trade association and market institutions. Furthermore, under the perspective of antitrust law, we are placing more emphasis on the negative effect of the trade association restrictive activities. So in this article the writer analyses the different kinds of restrictive activities from trade associations in details and present some related reasons, and the writer also puts forward some proposes perfecting the regulation for the trade associations in the framework of antitrust structure in the ending.
