During the process of stating, through the introduction of legal problems of freight forwarding, the writer wants to let you know the shortcomings of freight forwarding in our country and learn what shall we do to perfect them.The whole paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter points that freight forwarding has no consistent concept through the world, and introduces its concepts in the world and in our country. Besides concept, this part also states the history and development of freight forwarding in the world and in China.Chapter two indicates the different stipulations under two law systems and compares the two systems of freight forwarding as well as the legal status of freight forwarder under different law systems.Chapter three gives the different rights, obligations and responsibilities under diverse legal status. Through the analyzing, we deeply nail down the legal status and legal relationship.In the last chapter, after listing several laws and rules, I write down the present situations and some existing problems in our trade of freight forwarding. Based on these, I propose a series of suggestions in order to contribute to the development of freight forwarding in our country.
