On Cultivate Socialist "newcomers

The theory of Socialist Siyou qualified persons is the crystallization of our party's creative use of Marxism in new historical period. It is based on the summation of historical experiences and the need of Chinese national conditions. It is not only the guidance but also the specific requirement and approach for cultivating the socialist qualified persons. The reform that is being implemented in our nation has great theoretical and practical significance because it is unprecedent, comprehensive, and deepgoing revolutionary change as well as the self-improvement of the socialist system. To cultivate the qualified persons that conform to the development of socialism is the goal of socialism and the prerequisite for deepening the reform and strengthening the construction of the socialist modermism as well.This thesis consists of four chapters:Chapter One: Analyses the background and the development of the ideology of theSiyou qualified persons. Illustrates the concept is put forward basingon the summation of historical experiences and the Chinese nationalconditions. Chapter Two: Concrete analysis of the main content of the four qualities---- with ideal,morality, education and discipline. The enrichment and developmentof the theory on the basis of new practice is also touched. Chapter Three: Put forward the urgent and practical significance of emphasizing thecultivation of the socialist Siyou qualified persons currently. Chapter Four: Study the problems arising in cultivating the Siyou qualified persons atpresent and propose some appropriate countermeasures.
