Green Trade Barriers On China's Influence And Countermeasures Analysis

In recent years, the export from China is frequently encountered with green barrier set by import countries, which have made great loss and brought negative impact on our economy. Meanwhile, it has asked for higher demands to our enterprises in many aspects such as production, sales , also management etc. This has tremendously enhanced the defensive ability of our companies against"Green Barrier'',thus the positive effects should not be neglected. After entering WTO, our extroverted economy is confronting with a severe challenge. It's not only the consequence of inherent limitations of environmental provision concerned with WTO, but the results of imperfections in our own restrictions and relative policies of legal norm as well. In this paper, the author tries to discover the deficiency through thorough research into the reasons above , so as to create a suitable legal environment and firm economic theories for the development of healthy extroverted economy.Concerning the researching methods of this paper, it will be concluded as follows:Firstly, searching the relevant legal laws,policies and documents both home and abroad through the internet, esp. I can master the updated, precise data to ensure the veracity of their usage ;Secondly, compiling and analyzing the concrete data affected by the green barriers in the fields of export and house electronic appliances with the methods of diagram is to explain the functional scope of the environment influential factors in the trade;Thirdly, try hard to hold the relevant academic ideas and information both in our country and abroad from different ways, including the academic periodicals, literatures, also paper volume; As far as the author is concerned, there are some new points given in this paper:First, there are three reasons why we frequently encounter with green trade barrier: namely the inherent limitation in the international legal laws depended by green trade barrier , the deficiency in our practical work that how to coordinate the trade with the environment ,and the inherent limitation in our domestic relevant legal laws .This paper will pay attention to the third reason: viz. the deficiency existing in our environmental legal laws that has a close relationship with environmental protection industry among the environmental legal systems.
