With the development of people's consciousness of rights, Right to Privacy is being more and more noticed. It possesses right basis and has become an important right in the infonnation society. And with the development of society, the mode of society life is more and more complex. The denotation and connotation of Right to Privacy are extended persistently. As a new kind of Right to Privacy, Right to Information Privacy is the development and expansion of Right to Privacy. It has become an important right in the great new era of information. When it steps into 21 century, top technologies develop enormously, which influence people's living conditions, mode of life and even their thoughts. At the same time, right to Infonnation Privacy has been threatened tremendously. As an important human right, Right to Information Privacy, which emphasizes the right to make decision, the right to possess, and the right to control that a person has on his personal information, is different from Right to Privacy.In our country, Right to Infonnation Privacy is brought from foreign countries with Chinese characteristics. Studying Right to Infonnation Privacy is to protect itself. There are many protective modes, of which legislative regulation mode, self-discipline mode and technical measure are typical. Although the advantages of these typical modes are obvious, disadvantages also exist So, when constructing the protective system of Right to Information Privacy, we should chew to the condition of the law in our country firstly, and men weigh the advantages and disadvantages of these modes, benefit from other countries and construct a practicable protective system which conforms to the realities of our country.This article is composed of four chapters. Chapter one is the statement about Right to Information Privacy. It analyzes Right to Privacy and its denotation , connotation, then after analyzes the concept of Right to Information Privacy and its developing history. This chapter analyzes Right to Privacy and its denotation , connotation. After that it analyzes the concept of Right to Information Privacy and its developing history. Besides, the character of Right to Information Privacy and its composition such as the subject, the object and the content are also studied. The content is the most important of the three modes.
