This article is mainly on the basis of the theoretic that the core content of Legislation System is Jurisdiction. And in order to analyze Jurisdiction clearly, the author tries to investigate three problems that are directly and essentially related to Jurisdiction. They are Legislation, Legislative Power, and Legislative Subject. Firstly, the article shows that to analyze the Belongingness of Legislative Power is the most important way to probe the essence attribution of Legislation System. Then, the author leads to another key problem about Legislation System— Legislative Power, by analyzing two basic aspects of Legislation System, and tries to distinguish the differences and the connection on theory between these two significant problems of this article: Belongingness of the Legislative Power and Legislative Subject. After that, the author concludes five factors, which may affect Legislation System of a country, and explain the classification of Legislation System. Next, in accordance to the all analysis above, this article turns to lunch a discussion on such two significant problems of Legislation System in China. Three aspects develop this discussion of Chinese Legislation System as well. First one is about the Belongingness of Legislative Power in ancient China; the second aspects is completely expounding on the three developing stages of Legislation System in China after the establishment of People's Republic of China; The third aspect is about the problem that which type of Legislation System does Chinese Legislation System belong to? At last, this article concludes the principles of constructing Chinese Legislation System and talks about the reconsideration of China's Legislation System.
