Appendix Affordable Gift Contract Research

The system of Affordance Presentation is an important constitution in the Civil Law and it is prescribed in the Civil Law in most countries. But in China, the law field has made little study on this system and it iseven less prescribed in the law, so it left a lot of issues vague. The thesis contrasted different background, causes and conception of the Affordance Presentation between china and those of foreign countries, and clarified the concept of affordance and how the Affordance Presentation Contract belongs to the unilateral and mutual contract and gratuitousness. The thesis also analyzed the implementation of the Affordance Presentation and elicited relative conclusions. Finally, the thesis discussed on the Business Affordance Presentation which is the new pattern of the Affordance Presentation.
