On A Blank Voucher System

The system of blank instruments rises in the demand for the convenience between traders and for the high circulation of instruments that often occurs in commercial activities, it results from the capital economy development and changes the formal certainty of traditional theory on instruments. It seems necessary to discuss and make suggestions to our legislation, otherwise it will be difficult to keep pace with the development of our economy, since the definitions of our blank cheque look some simple and even appear empty in blank draft and blank cashier's cheque. This paper focuses on the theories and topics for the system of blank instruments, analyzes and refers to foreign legislations for their blank instruments. We also point out the lack of our legislation for blank instruments in China, and try to give some suggestions.
