Legal Protection Of Internet Privacy

With the coming of the computer and network technology based information age ,human beings'living styles have been greatly changed.People can enjoy the express servicees and great conveniences of the Internet,and the same time their individual privacy also faces unprecedented challenge and impact.To strengthen the legal protection of personal data and right to privacy in cyberspace is an urgent and necessary task facing governments all over the world.In the light of the infringement act of network privacy at present day ,this article puts forward some measures as to how to improve the protection of network privacy.The protection to the individual privacy rights in China still requires to be improved through legislation . The article mainly discusses the definition of internet privacy and its content related,the main forms of internet encroachments and nation legislature of privacy protection.The article discusses the content and possible harm form of network privacy right ,and raises strategies for protecting network privacy right. This ariticle put forward a legislation proposal for the legal protection system concerning the right to privacy in cyberspace by drawing on the experience of other countries and taking our present condition into account.Drawing lessons from foreign countries' experiences ,the scheme of our country's privacy should adopt two ways which include self-regulation and rule by law,so we can receive the result that we protect the comprehensive privacy. Finally the article discusses how to improve legislature and the strategy of legal protection .
