Many countries all have their own unique Group Action models in the world.They are in essence the systems which use to solve many people's disputes, but it'sno doubt that they have a lot of difference. It's helpful to improve and perfect ourRepresentative Action to discuss the commons and difference of these representativeGroup Action models.This article adequately apply the analysis methods of compare anddemonstration ,aiming to find out the common rule of Group Action through thecomparative analysis of foreign Group Action models. It will help us to improve andperfect our Representative Action.The article is divided into five parts. Part One mainly defines what is GroupAction in order to comprehend the meaning of Group Action;Part Two sums up theevolution course of several representative Group Actions by the means ofcomparative analysis, on the basis of which compares the Group Action systems offour countries, intent to generalize the commons of Group Action for us;Part Threegathers up the rule of Group Action , which is the conclusion and revelation aboutGroup Action founded on the former chapter;On the contrary, which shortcomingsdoes our Group Action (Representative Action) have? Part Four will answer thisquestion;Because of these shortcomings, we should think about how to get overthem. Part Five is the emphasis what this article demonstrates.
