Risk Assessment Of The Project Investment

As a result of the development of IT, rising of Knowledge Economy as well as the evolvement of economy globalization, the uncertainty of environment has been increased. Under such an environment that has great uncertainty, project investment being the critical and important operational decision, is faced with great risk. Therefore, it has become an increasingly eye-catching subject for management and theory persons as to how to identify, analyze and reduce risk in project investment.As far as previous literatures are reviewed, they haven't brought about common points of view, not to speak forming a system. The previous findings, which put forward some certain ideas about risk, have rarely done systematic researches. Furthermore, there is great short of effective analytical method for the analysis and measurement of risk from project management.Started with the definition of risk, the dissertation first summarizes the previous literatures on evaluation methods. On the basis of this, the dissertation introduces and compares the above methods. Then Chapter Four constructs an indicators system of project investment risk. In the end, we put forward a new method of risk analysis, that is QFD, build House of Risk with QFD, and present the main steps of QFD analysis.The dissertation investigates the relation among previous findings by means of risk measurement. The features and findings in this dissertation are as follows: 1.Analyze and compare previous literatures about risk measurement; 2.Construct an indicator evaluation system of project investment risks; 3.Put forward a new method of risk analysis.The dissertation, in which investigates risk evaluation of project investment, intends to construct a systematic evaluation system of project investment risk and introduce a more practical evaluation method. The significance of the dissertation is as fellows: 1. Analyze and compare evaluation methods which provide references for the selection of evaluation method; 2.The evaluation system of project investment risk makes it more systematic and scientific; 3.The way of systematic summarizing about relevant findings helps to the systematization of risk investigation.
