During the profound transformation which is in the range of Chinese entire education system and social employment structure, many shortcomings are appearing in the legislation of colleges and universities graduates' employment. How to exactly and firmly grasp the new situation which the work of graduates' employment is facing? How to strengthen the study of legislation? Now they have been becoming very important question at present. To the legislation for graduates' employment, the author divided the thesis into five parts to studyThe thesis was begun from the historical evolution of Chinese colleges and universities graduates' employment and the law sources. The author points out the necessity of employment system reform. Through analyzing legislation status quo for colleges and universities graduates' employment , the author put forward the present shortcomings and limitations in The Work for Common Colleges and Universities Graduates' Employment Prescription, and the work for employment is short for complete systems of law safeguard; analyzing the system of legislation background, and the structure of labor resources, emphasized value concepts that safeguarding graduates' rights and labor rights; perfected the train of thought to employment legislation; posed the contents of making Employment Obtained Bill; solved the problems employment discrimination and the weakness in law,; revised the contents of Temporary Rules; promoted its rate in law; meanwhile, establish and perfect employment obtained market, then make stuff who work at employment standardization, and so on.Finally, the author suggested that education administrative department have their main function, and the government give free rein to the function of...
