Criminal compensation is the main part of country compensation, the main content of justice compensation. Since country compensation law is carried out, it plays the positive effect in order to protect legal rights and interests of citizen, corporation and other organizations, however, because our country criminal compensation system establishes later comparing to western countries, especially some countries with continent law system, moreover, it is not perfect enough and also meets some practical problems, when we put it into justice practice.
