Performance management is a difficult problem in enterprise's management. This text describes the relevant theories and uses about the performance management, and around how to structure performance management go on analysis and discussion in having numerous subordinate state-own large-scale enterprise of unit. This text has proposed four major module of the performance management: The making and resolving of strategic objective, Formulation and feedback of behavior, skill assessment and job development plan, and dividing the work to according to different department and function of personnel, propose performance management the four major procedure: Performance planning, performance coaching, Performance appraising and examining, and the key in the course, and design the index system of a set of performances for the staff of different levels, provide the concrete method to give a mark. This text also mentions some methods to launch performance management successfully, and make a deeply describing how to communicating in the procedure of performance management, and also make a simple comments even to use for result that examine. This text proposes some problem which should be noted in building performance management of enterprise, such as mobileing, participating, training, setting up performance lead and no gap communicating culture, guarantee the justice run of performance management. In the end, text describes how to channel into priority step of performance management system within an enterprise, and drawing the conclusion: The performance management system and other human resources administrative system interdepend , support each other; The design of the performance management system is limited to the basic management level of the company; and is affected by company's culture.
