In the article, through the sample investigation, the case analysis and surveying of commercial sales in central area, the central area not only have to serves the teachers and students, the inhabitant, but also revolves the main thought of the city "the humanities, young, the ecology" to make the full issue, and manifests the humanities spirit. Namely the center is builded to take the consumer as the center, to make the cultural atmosphere thick, to make me environment exquisite, to provide leisure, entertainment, shopping, sports and so on.Then the business center will come to be expensive garden in the college town.In the near future, approximately 50,000-70,000 square meters commercial area in the center will be established to satisfy need of students and inhabitant in the area. To 2010, according to the plan of being Nanjing commercial vice-center, the floor space of approximately 159,000-259,000 square meters must be constructed in the cente.
