The small propertied class is middle class between the propertied class and the proletariat in capitalism society. This class occupies a little amount of production resources, do not exploit other people generally. As the small propertied class has the general characteristic of both the propertied class and the proletariat at the same time and the class constitutes very complicated , it hard to understand the small propertied class accuratlly for CPC . The period can be divided into three stages to the cognition of CPC knowing with the small propertied class : The first stage is from national revoltion later period to the 6th congress of CPC in 1928, this stage the right and mistaken thoughts is kept both in CPC knowing with the small propertied class; Second stage is from the 6th congress of CPC in 1928 to the fifth plenary session of sixth central commitee in 1934 , this stage the mistaken thoughts is main ; The third stage from zhun-yi meeting in January of 1935 to July of 1937 , in this period the cognition for the small propertied class appear change , the right cognition rises to predominant position. From these three stages we can see that in land revolution period the cognition of CPC to the small propertied class experienced a tortuous process . Although in the period CPC still admits the small propertied class has the certain revolution, did not make the positive evaluation to the class.CPC thought the small propertied class as exploit more than worker and over-emphasised the weakness and endanger of the class to Chinese revolution, neglect its being oppressed with the feudalism and imperialistic, did not distincted the small propertied class with proper tied class , so CPC adopted the negative cooperation and even the policy of the stroke. This kind of condition resulted in the oneself condition of CPC at that time , the objective situation and the international communist party, etc. In a word, the cognition of CPC to small propertied class is not mature in land revolution war period , bring the the certainly negative in fluence to Chinese revolution .
