In this status , the voice of channel reformation and renovation run up always. Because the traditional market channel is alike a fish out of water in the new market condition. At the same time, SCM has been the hot issue of in research of enterprice manegment. The concept of SCM lies in the convergence; reformation and optimization of every sector in the chain, as purchase, produce, distribute and sell, making them an integrate whole to achieve the whole profit of SCM, the custom' s satisfaction, the increase in sale, the cut in cost, the better use of investment and thus the sharp competitiveness. It's a trend now for enterprises to employ Channel management to converge SCM to maintain the competitive advantage and therefore, a hot subject of study, now it is. Although importance has been attached to channel management and SCM, limited study has been done on the convergence of channel management with SCM in enterprises. Therefore the discussion on how to employ these two methods, how to converge them and how is the actual framework fulfilled is of much practical significance.The thesis analyzes the relatedness of channel management and SCM, following the discussion of the basic concept of channel management and SCM. With the study of the profound influence of SCM upon Channel management, integration mode SCM and ways of convergence are proposed in the thesis. Comprehensive evaluation of enterprises with SCM is done by level analyses and fuzzy evaluation. Based on the previous study, suggestion and proposition are timely given on how to apply SCM channel management in China. |
