Karl Marx held the view that the Capitalism would be abolished and the communism should be adopted by all the countries through the world at last. The view of social development of the Marxism, as well as that of the socialism, is the great blueprint for the future of our society , and provides the guidance of the proletarian revolution. Its succession and innovation by Communist Party of China has been tracked out in the development history of the People's Republic of China. The author discusses the succession and innovation of the view of social development of the CPC(Communist Party of China) over fifty years, which is based on the principles of the Marxism, and this thesis focuses on the view of scientific devel-opment provided by Hu Jin - tao, the chief executive of Communist Party of China. This thesis consists of four parts as follows:The first part of this thesis presents the history of the views of the social devel-opment through the world. For the social development view of Communist Party of China is a section of the social development view in the whole world, in the first part of the thesis, the author introduces the history of the view of the social development, and introduces four most effective views in the world. The Marxists' view of socialdevelopment, one of the four views, pay more attention to the health relationship a-mong human being, nature and society. The author believes that this view should be more scientific than others and have great influence in the world. The second part clarifies the history of the view of Communist Party of China. The author connects the history with the fact to analyse and compare the views of so-cial development provided by the three session leaders (which are Mao Ze - dong, Deng Xiao - ping and Jiang Ze - ming) of Communist Party of China. The view ofsocial development provided by Jiang Ze - ming is the most important in this part , because it is more helpful for our modernization and for us to set forth or to under-tand the policy of government. The third part introduces and analyses the view of scientific development provided by Hu Jin - tao, the chief executive of Communist Party of China, in October, 2003. The view of scientific development aims to realize the people' s full - complej-tion and the continuable development of the society. The part consists with four seci-tions to analyze the view of scientific development as follows: the first section introduces the causes that the view of scientific development is presented by Communist Party of China; the second section introduces what are the view of scientific development consisted with; the third section presents how to realize the view of scientific development; the last but the same important section points out three innovations of the view of scientific development. In the last part, the author points out that all views of Communist Party of China are the Marxists' view of social development, and that they are not separate sections but the continual and integral theory system.
