Fdi Technology Spillover Effect Of Human Capital

When there is enough evidence about the positive effects of human capital on technology spillovers of FDI,it is still unclear how does human capital effect technology spillovers of FDI and what are the roles of human capital stock,human capital organization and human capital mobility on the technology spillovers of FDI.We will try to discuss these questions.This paper analyzes the relationship between huamn capital and technology diffusion, then systematically points out the effect of human capital on technology spillovers of FDI .We have proved that growth of technology level in host country is a increased function of human capital, then we found a economic increase model which includes FDI and human capital,thus we prove that effect of FDI on economy is linked with human capital.More fruitful the human capital level in host country.the effect on economic growth is more obvious which means technology spillovers of FDI is more obvious.We do an empirical analysis by using the data of 29 provinces in china.and draw some conclusions.Firstly,there is a pack-out result that means FDI is nagative on economy as capital.Scondly,FDI is positive on economy when it generates technology spillovers with human capital.Thirdly.we have proved that FDI is more linked with special human capital in china.The paper further analyze the effects of human capital mobility on technology spillovers of FDI,and founds a model about how does the human capital mobility effects technology spillovers.Finally,we point out the present states and problems of social human capital,enterprise human capital and human capital mobility in china.Based on the conclusion of the theoretical analysis,we present some comments and suggestion on how to promote technology spillovers of FDI in china.
