Asset Restructuring Of Listed Companies In Guangdong Province Performance

GuangDong province once enjoyed its day in capital market, where ShenZhen Stock Market was born, boomed and grew into the leading one in domestic capital markets. In recent years, the local capital market, however, goes slowly and remains inactive until now. This paper, intending to find out the crux of the problem, will concentrate on the performance of assets reorganization of the local listed companies of GuangDong and explore variables concerning it. Then a theoretical analysis, concrete evidence and evaluation of the asset reorganization would be given. In the end of the paper, a set of measures and suggestions, intended to exploit the capital market fully and enhance the listed companies' capability for competition, will also be put forward.The paper consists of five parts.Chapter one: first of all, the paper expatiates the research backgrounds and defines relevant concepts.Chapter two: the paper will give a brief account of the listed companies' basic conditions.Chapter three: on the base of sampled documents from listed companies of GuangDong, it makes general valuation on performance of assets reorganization, concluding that the general performance is not good.Chapter four: analyses the factors which influence the effects of assets reorganization, such as the own factor of the listed companies, the influence of administration, and the structure of stock right.Chapter five: the paper brings forwards with countermeasures to improve the effects of assets reorganization.
