Evidence identification forms a major part of judicature appraisal. As a form of evidence, the result of evidence identification plays a significant role in litigation. However, the quality and efficiency of our evidence identification are falling far behind the development of modern litigation. It is of high importance for experts in both theory and practice to carry out thorough studies in order to further improve the quality of evidence identification, thus ensuring scientific and just identifications. Bearing these questions in mind, the thesis deals with identification quality from a combined angle of theory and practice. Through the discussion of system regulation, a quality control system is expected to be built up to provide just identification results. The paper includes three parts overall. The first part describes the necessity to build up a quality control system of evidence identification, in which pointed that the quality is the life of identification, at the same time presents the major problems existing in our present evidence identification. The second part analyzes in details the definition, basic principle and significance of quality control of evidence identification. The third part, which is the major part, presents standard and operative quality control measures according to the daily identification practice and links. The quality control system of evidence identification is a very complicated one, which involves legal as well as technical problems. Therefore it is a challenging task to apply these studies. In the process of discussion, the method of intercrossing various subjects and combining analyses of different aspects and levels are applied to analysis the major problems. On this basis, some measures are presented in hopes of being helpful for daily practice.
